It is our goal to pay homage to, maintain and grow the legacy of George the Chili King's "World Famous" chili such that George Sr. and George Jr. would be proud to see our versions of their classic recipes bringing back childhood memories for so many, and be introduced to a new generation to enjoy. GCK represents the American Dream, a simpler time and damn fine chili.
